The personal data gathered during the registration to Stockloader.com services will be stored on electronic databases property of Stockloader Srl, with registered office in Giaveno (TO), via Fasella 58, which will be responsible for their processing.

The users’ personal information will be used by Stockloader Srl within the terms specified by the Law 31.12.1996 n. 675 (Italian Law) on the protection of the privacy.

Stockloader.com follows all the processing operations specified in the Law 31.12.1996 n. 675 (Italian Law) – that is gathering, storage, organization, elaboration, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, utilisation, interconnection and any other operation useful for the supply of the requested services, including the communication to third parties, where necessary.

In particular, the purpose of the personal data processing are:

• supply of the requested services;
• supply information on Stockloader.com offers and those of affiliated companies, such as commercial partners and outsourcers which could find their offer interesting for the user, without this involving the transfer of the personal data to third parties;
• assess the quality of the services provided, even by offering post-sale services;
• fulfil all the accounting and fiscal duties;
• answer specific requests from the authorities looking for the perpetrators of illegal actions.

The Customer will be able to access his personal data at any time and enforce the rights listed under the article 13 of the Law 31.12.1996 n. 675 (Italian Law).

The personal data is divided in 2 categories: compulsory and optional, as stated in the registration procedure. The award of the compulsory data and the subsequent processing are functional to the execution of the services provided. The user refusing to provide this information or to let it being processed won’t be able to access to Stockloader.com services.

The optional data helps Stockloader.com to improve its services over time. The Customer can choose whether providing them or not.

As stated in the Law 31.12.1996 n. 675 (Italian Law), the users have the right to:

• be informed about their personal data processing;
• know who will process their personal data;
• obtain from the individual responsible for the processing: the confirm of the existence of the personal data, its communication together with its source and the purpose of the processing; the elimination, transformation into anonymous data or the blocking of the data processed against the terms of the law; the updating, modification and integration of the data;
• the declaration stating that all the operations listed above are known by the parties to whom the data has been communicated;
• to refuse the processing of their data;
• to refuse the processing of their data for commercial purposes, for market research or similar intent.

The user will always have direct access to its data via the Web, by logging in with its Username and Password. He will be able to integrate, modify or delete its personal data at any time. With the same procedure, he will be able to unsubscribe the periodical information sent by Stockloader.com to its users.
